Fashiongirls launch clothing line for Lake Side

Maria Tailor, Josh Veldhuizen en Tamara Elbaz, bekend van het TV-programma  ‘Modemeisjes met een Missie’, lanceren een modelijn voor Lake Side. Bekijk hier de prachtige collectie vol glitter, glamour en vrouwelijkheid!
 
Maria Tailor vertelt: “We kregen heel vaak de vraag wat wij droegen tijdens de opnames van het eerste seizoen van Modemeisjes. Toen kwamen wij op het idee om een eigen kledinglijn te ontwerpen, met onze persoonlijke favoriete items voor Spring/ Summer 2012”. Lake Side staat bekend om haar unieke formules waarbij catwalk trends worden vertaald naar draagbare, betaalbare collecties dus het was een uitmuntende keuze om met hen samen te werken.

Miss Veldhuizen kennen we natuurlijk van haar eigen kledinglijn JOSH V, maar Maria en Tamara hebben ook geweldige ontwerp skills. Josh vertelt: “Wat wij als ontzettend prettig hebben ervaren is dat wij als Modemeisjes de vrijheid kregen om ons gevoel voor mode te vertalen naar een vernieuwende en volledige collectie”. Marketing manager van Lake Side, Natalie Curina zegt: “De collectie is glamorous, trendy en stoer en dit past precies binnen de uitgangspunten van Lake Side. De Spring/ Summer collectie ‘Modemeisjes voor Lake Side’, zal gelanceerd worden in april 2012 en verkrijgbaar zijn via www.lakeside.nl en in 85 winkelverkooppunten”.

De collectie heeft drie stijlen waarvan city chic met een vleugje tijdloosheid afkomstig is van Josh. Zij werd geïnspireerd door fashion icoon Olivia Palermo. Maria koos voor goud en prints, geïnspireerd door Beyoncé, waardoor het een glamour rock stijl werd. Tot slot koos Tamara voor een zakelijke stijl omdat zij graag business met sexy combineert, a la Victoria Beckham.

We moeten dus nog minimaal 1,5 maand geduld opbrengen maar dan betekent ook dat je nog even kunt sparen om jouw fashionable garderobe aan te vullen met deze schitterende, zomerse items!

Maria Tailor tells: “During the takes of the first season Fashion girls we got many questions about the clothing we were wearing. That’s when we got the idea to design our own clothing line, with our personal favourite items for Spring/ Summer 2012”. Lake Side is trusted for their unique formulas true which they translate catwalk trends into wearable, affordable collections so it was an excellent choice for them to collaborate.

Miss Veldhuizen we all know from her own clothing line JOSH V, but Maria and Tamara turn out to have some amazing design skills as well. Josh tells: “What we experience as very pleasant is that we as Fashion girls got the freedom to translate our feelings for fashion into an innovative and complete collection”. Marketing manager of Lake Side, Natalie Curina says: “The collection is glamorous, trendy and tough and this fits perfectly with the basic assumptions of Lake Side. The Spring/ Summer collection ‘Modemeisjes voor Lake Side’ (Fashion Girls for Lake Side) will be launched in April 2012 and available at www.lakeside.nl and in 85 shops”.

The collection has three styles true which city chic with a touch of timeless is from Josh. She was inspired by fashion icon Olivia Palermo. Maria choose gold and prints, inspired by Beyoncé, whereby it became a glamour rock style. Last but not least, Tamara. She preferred a business style because she loves to combine business with sexy, like Victoria Beckham.

We have to wait at least 1,5 month but that also means we can save up money to add these gorgeous, summer items to our fashionable wardrobe.
