Het beautymerk met haar bijzondere, natuurlijke producten heeft wil met het nieuwe concept uitstralen dat je er goed uit kunt zien met eerlijke producten. Ze zijn allemaal fairtrade en de ingrediënten zijn niet op dieren getest.

The Body Shop heeft doelgericht voor Cole gekozen omdat zij liefdadigheid en milieubewust produceren erg belangrijk vindt. Tevens steunt ze veel goede doelen dus een beauty met een gouden hart!
